I'm not good at writing stories
I'm not good at writing stories
I was never taught on how to even begin a story;
I was never taught on how to write the next chapter,
Nor how to even turn one.
I'm not good at telling stories
I would easily forget on how to say the right words;
And I would easily forget on how to keep your word.
I'm not good at living in stories
I was never taught on how to even live in one
I was never taught on how to become one
Nor how to even move on.
I'm not good at writing stories
I was never taught on how to even begin a story;
I was never taught on how to write the next chapter,
Nor how to even turn one.
But I know how to end one.
When the sun met my eyes by SouloBeats13, literature

When the sun met my eyes
When the sun met my eyes,
It struck me so deep
I can barely see.
It's light was nothing like the sunflower greetings,
but it was rather like the burning flame of a phoenix.
I tried to cover my eyes by this blinding sight,
Yet the sun has her ways for me to make me blind.
She has her ways to make my heart fall asleep instantly,
as she breathes and set my soul on fire.
It was not a hello from a graceful morning
nor was it a goodbye from a peaceful evening.
It was rather a call, a wake up call to reset and rise again.

Through all the seasons
I was sleeping in winter,
with a broken heart and with a weary soul.
I was walking in autumn,
with open scars and with a empty hole.
I was running in summer,
with building faith and with filling hope.
I was dancing in spring,
with a loving heart and with a blessing soul.
Now, I am living through all the seasons,
with a hopeful smile and with a joyful spirit.
I got stars in my eyes
Dimensions in my sight
I can go to places
And conquer whenever I want
I'm the Galaxy Prince
A game controller in my hand
I sat on my throne across many lands
I got stardusts in my thoughts
Battles I have fought
I can play thousands of games
In order to roam this place
I'm the Galaxy Prince
A lover for videogames
A passion for stars
A millions of levels
I can't ever explain
I got a crown made of constellations
What can I say?
I am a geek
I got moons for my eyes
With twinkle stars as my light
I can travel the world with my time
With nothing but books as my life
I can go to places
With a thousand lives I can live
Going on adventures
With many stories I can relive
I'm the Midnight Princess
A book in my hand
As I placed my glasses on set
Theres no time to rest
I'm the Midnight Princess
A lover for books
A passion for stories
A traveler in time
I got a crown made of chapters
Chapters from fantasy
Chapters from reality
A reader of stars, planets, and galaxies
What can I say?
I'm a nerd
Lift me up like you use to
Where you spin me around
With your willing strength
But now, I want you
To lift yourself up
With your willing strength
The same way you lift me up
The same way you hold me close
I know how difficult it is
But remember
That strength of yours
Has made me believed
That everything is possible
Even if its just a simple, small thing.
I don't mind if you fall alseep.
I understand that you are tired,
Tired to wake up,tired to dream,
Tired to just simply breath.
I don't mind if you let rain be your guide
As your tears fall behind a white veil,
I understand that you are sad,
Sad to sleep, sad to live,
Sad to just simply smile.
I don't mind if your soul is silent
I understand that you are quiet,
I understand that your voice
cannot carry the weight from this world.
I don't mind at all.
Just remember.
Continue to walk on that aisle
With your head held high.
Just remember.
To carry your bouquet near your heart
And be the masterpiece of your Creator's art
Just remember.
To
Broken with scars
Running down the hill
I have come too far, too far
Now I'm carrying my bleeding heart
In my own hands...
Look at me, I'm a mess.
Mask made with fear
Chains locked on my wrists
Bones filled with my sea of tears
Now I'm dragging my body
With an empty hole on my chest
Look at me, Will I be able to have rest?
Just look at me
I'm a mess.
And yet here You are
Here You are by my side
Taking me in with open arms
So hold me close
And never let me go
I've been running too far
Carrying my own bleeding, broken heart
She stumbles and falls into the abyss,
Where she walked aimlessly into the depth of darkness,
She hears the whispers of Death pursuing her,
With beautiful words that can stab her precious heart,
With words like a child's lullaby it sings her a song,
A song for the lost and a song for the forgotten;
She listen to its song attentively not knowing when to stop it.
Her eyes closed shut as Death grabbed her waist,
Pulling her closer to him like the ocean waves,
But as Death tries to kiss her gentle lips,
Her heart sings a song that no darkness could ever take,
She push Death away with heaven's strength,
Knowing full well that it is not the time
